You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xk444 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

xk444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
